  • It will be interesting to see what the Trump administration does with its new transgender healthcare rule, announced the day before the Supreme Court’s decision.  The administration  could take the position the decision doesn’t apply because the facts at issue are different (healthcare versus employment) or throw in the towel because of the way the prevailing political winds are blowing.  Background: New York Post  LifeNews
