“100 Syrians, 50 Iranians Cross Biden’s Open Border in October, Says Source”
“The source says, absent any significant intelligence indicting [sic - indicating] a Special Interest migrant may pose a known threat to the United States, they are generally released into the U.S. to pursue asylum claims.”  Read the article.

• Our southern border remains open and vulnerable and the federal government is enabling the illegal crossing of people from all over the world, including by our adversaries.  Illegal dangerous drugs are being trafficked through that open border by criminal gangs.  Many of these illegal crossers have been apprehended or arrested for crimes committed once they are inside the U.S.  Some have been deported just to boomerang back again over the porous border.  Without border security, we are a nation in peril.   
• Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution guarantees protection to all states from invasion:
  • Article IV, Section 4: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
