Portland State University Professor Bruce Gilley is suing the University of Oregon's campus administrator for blocking him on its Twitter account for answering their prompt with "All men are created equal."  “The First Amendment does not allow the government or its actors to ban individuals from public forums just because they disagree with the views those individuals express,” Professor Gilley explained.  Read the article here.

"A person only has to answer for their crimes when "on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury.  Additionally, a person cannot be called to stand as a witness against themselves in a criminal court case, cannot be prosecuted twice for the same offense and should not "be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."  Read the article here.

According to reports, the FBI searched Mar-A-Lago as part of an investigation about the handling of classified documents.  If Trump is convicted of violating this statute, can he be disqualified from the presidency?
